300 YEARS OF HISTORY
RETURNING TO ITS FORMER GLORY
Following years of decay, the new owners of this cottage decided to bring it back to its former glory. After our successful Listed Building application, we were able to carry out works on this property to remove the crumbling render. Previous owners had used unauthorised modern day materials which had trapped moisture within the walls. This had led to the decay of the original timber frame.
Brief
To stop further decay to this beautiful Grade II listed home and remove all unauthorised materials which previous owners had added.
Vision
To use building techniques and materials that were used when the cottage was originally built in 1720, we were able to bring this home back to life and secure it for future generations.
